This was my first wedding in 2012, and it was an incredible start for the upcoming wedding season. So much fun, love and a bunch of wonderful moments.
The wedding took place on a cloudy cold day in Neckarsteinach near Heidelberg. We started the day in a small barbershop, and went afterwards to the reception location where the bride and the groom got dressed. Then we decided to go to the world famous “Heidelberg Castle” for a portrait session, the place where the proposal took place. I had to fight hard with other tourists to take some pictures of my couple.
The ceremony was outside, everyone with warm jackets sat close to each other, so that everyone could warm their neighbour. Half of the guests were German and the other half Italian. The party started right after the dinner. Nearly all of the guests surrounded the couple for the first dance. One of the highlights was an oriental Indian dance performance of the bridesmaids.
