Real Wedding Description

Jenny and Rob, a couple from England had their wedding on a beautiful Canary Island, Fuerteventura and booked me and my partner to be their photographers for the day.

We love the Canary Islands. It is a magical place, each island has a different atmosphere. Fuerteventura became our favourite one, with its friendly habitants and peaceful towns.

The day started with the bride getting ready at the her parents’ villa. Everybody was in high spirits, especially the bridesmaids, who kept chirping the words of the song “we’re going to the chapel.” The ladies left in amazing old-timers for the local Hotel Sheraton, which was the venue for the wedding. After an emotional ceremony, we took the couple, the bridesmaids and the ushers to the garden for the creative session. The photoshoot was great fun, we were full of ideas.

Following the dinner, everybody walked out to the beach to receive an amazing surprise. We took a walk to the next venue of the evening, accompanied by a bunch of drummers. The couple and their guests were dancing on the beach in the sunset to the powerful rhythms of the drums. We could hardly resist joining the party, our cameras were constantly clicking. It was unforgettable.

The day ended in a fantastic party in a beach bar, including incredible fireworks, which put great ending to a great day.
