Real Wedding Description

On Tuesday, May 4 Shayne & Fang Fang were married in front of a few of their closest friends and family on White Rock Beach. It was one of those crazy days in the weather department. We had hail and rain in the morning and early afternoon, but there was a little pocket of sunshine right over the ceremony site which left us with blue skies and big puffy white clouds for the ceremony. How perfect is that for a wedding ceremony?

On the following Saturday they had a reception with all of their family and friends at the Surrey Golf Club. It was a lot cooler this day, but we still had the big puffy clouds. We did a quick photo session before the reception and I made them do a lot of snuggling to try and keep them warm. They certainly had no problem with that!

Shayne and Fang Fang are so cute and fun with each other. They were always sticking their tongues out at each other, making faces and just goofing around. During the first dance he sang to Fang Fang for the whole dance while she giggled and laughed. You can see that laughter and spontaneity runs through this family. Shayne’s parents are so loving with each other and his grandparents are as well. In fact, his grandparents are celebrating their 64th wedding anniversary this month and are still super cute and snuggly with each other.
