Real Wedding Description

After having their previous wedding venues wiped out by major hurricanes and because they decided to never give up, Maggie & Derek finally had their Miracle Wedding in Tulum, Mexico with a blue sky and the people they love!!

These two fell in love at a concert and after 8 years together, they were excited to have their beach destination wedding in a tropical setting. Little did they know that 2 major hurricanes would completely wipe out their 2 choices for weddings venues, first St. Thomas & then St. Croix.

With a busy schedule, their hearts crushed, but with the support of friends & family and Maggie’s strong conviction to marry the love of her life no matter what … we connected via Facebook Brides Group and immediately decided to help!! In less than 2 months they were back in full wedding planning mode and thrilled to celebrate their wedding in Tulum, Mexico (a place they had never visited before but had heard was beautiful).

Their wedding day is proof that “Love Conquers All” as Derek once said and that everything is possible if you put your mind to it.
