My name is Oleg Rostovtsev and i am an international wedding photographer, based in Hannover, Germany. Taking pictures is a huge part of my life and is basically what makes me happy and fulfills me.

I enjoy the process of searching for unique light, emotions and moments and capturing those as real and pure as they are. My passion for photography has brought me a few international awards, such as WPJA-Awards, Fearless Awards, and ISPWP awards.

Sergey Volkov was born and raised in Genichesk (Kherson region). In 2005 he entered the Dniprovskiy National University of Railway Transport named after Academician V. Lazaryan. In 2010 he graduated from the Faculty of "Organization of Railway Construction" and received a degree in "Civil Engineer". He worked as an engineer for 4 years.

The photographer's path began in 2012. After moving to Rivne in 2014, Serhii completely dedicates himself to photography and turns his hobby into a favorite job. The main activities are classic portrait and wedding photography.

Member of following organizations: National Society of Photo Artists of Ukraine (NSPAU), Ukrainian Association Of Professional Photographers (UAPP), The International Society of Professional Wedding Photographers (ISPWP). He has earned the prestigious distinction AFIAP (Federation Internationale de l’Art Photographique, France). Winner and prize-winner of national and international photo exhibitions and competitions. TOP-1 photographer of Ukraine according to PROWEDAward in 2021.
