I’ve always seen photography as a life choice, because it’s what makes me feel most free in the world. My imprinting happened years ago, when I was delighted by the sight of the early morning light, perfect sunlight reflected on a view at the golden hour, a drop of dew on a blade of grass in May, a baby’s smile, the expressions on the faces of passers-by. All the emotions I saw around me with my own eyes, I wanted to catch with a lens; I saw life as a series of frames. From then on I knew that what I wanted to do was express myself through light and emotions, and be a photographer.

For me weddings feel like home, something I’ve been familiar with for more than 14 years as a wedding planner and where I feel entirely at ease.

On the day emotions run high. But there are also subtle emotions, fleeting glances,quick hugs and hidden tears.
When I see all that, combined with my beloved perfect lighting, it takes my breath away for a moment, and my heart beats again as soon as I capture the image.
